Today’s customer wants to be involved with the management of their system from the initial order to final use.  The use of the web has changed the customer’s needs from a request to customer service to an immediate need to be able to view their information.  The availability of on-line, real-time information, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is a service option that Compsee Solutions Group offers to its mobility customers.

 

For users subscribing to this service, Compsee offers a unique portal.  For security, the portal will be unique to the customer and password protected for a secure log-in.  Once at their portal, the user will be able to:

  •  From Orders - Verify shipping dates  / Track Shipments via UPS, FedEx or DHL
